Built from a Lifetime of Love

Hello, friends!

It’s me, Rachel—one half of Rachel & June Handcrafted. This past week marked 30 years since my precious mother, June, passed away at the age of 48, from Bone Cancer and Multiple Sclerosis. As I reflected on her life and all she poured into me, I couldn’t help but think about how her love and encouragement shaped my creative journey and ultimately led me to crafting the bath and body products I make today.

From the time I was four, my mother supported every creative dream I had—tap, jazz, and ballet lessons; performing in summer stock musical theater; encouraging me to hunt for treasures at garage sales; making unique, handmade gifts; and even teaching me to crochet in the 5th grade. June was a quiet force, always leading from behind with gentle strength. I carry her spirit in my heart and pour that same love into every creation.

My hope is that when you use my products or wear a piece of jewelry I’ve designed, you’ll not only feel pampered and moisturized—but also uplifted and happy. May Rachel & June Handcrafted be part of something beautiful in your life.
