Shipping Policy – Rachel and June Handcrafted Body Butters

At Rachel and June, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care. We do our best to ship your order quickly while maintaining the quality and integrity of our body butters.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • During holidays or new product launches, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing): 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

Warm Weather Notice

Our body butters are heat-sensitive. During warmer months, we recommend tracking your package and bringing it inside promptly to avoid melting. If your butter softens or melts, simply place it in the refrigerator for a short time—it will firm back up without losing its benefits.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Issues

Rachel and June is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by the carrier after they leave our studio. If this happens, please contact the shipping provider directly. However, we’ll always do our best to assist you if there’s a problem.
