Return Policy – Rachel and June Handcrafted Body Butters

At Rachel and June, we take pride in creating handcrafted body products with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to love your purchase.

Sanitary Standards
All of our body butters are handcrafted in small batches under safe, sanitary conditions to ensure quality, freshness, and care in every jar.

Due to the nature of our products

Because our body butters are personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used. This is to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rachelandjune@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Unopened Products

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
